Repair Services for most conventional portable and mobile radios. Programming and reprogramming is also available for most models. Field services are provided for most conventional radios and radio console products including base stations and repeaters.

On-Site Preventative Maintenance Programs are available to provide technicians in the field or at a customer facility. This program is offered to assure that all of the customer radio equipment is checked out annually. The overall impact of this program has been to assure working radios when needed and reduce the overall cost of annual support contracts. The preventative maintenance program is provided at an hourly rate for labor and typically reduces the costs associated with annual contract prices. Broadband and IP Services VCI provides factory trained staff to assist with design and implementation of a full range of IP Systems including VoIP, IP Radio Consoles, IP PBX, Ethernet Bridges for Licensed and Un-licensed applications. VCI also offers Turn Key Systems for 2.4 Ghz WiFi and 3.65 Ghz WiMax to meet customer requirements for Public or Private Wireless Broadband applications.

IT Services Remove Spyware and Viruses, Install/Upgrade/Repair computer hardware (I.E. CD/DVD Drives, Hard Drives, Motherboards), Configure network devices (I.E Printers, Routers, Switches, Servers, Etc), Diagnose/Fix network connectivity problems, configure and diagnose email issues. VCI also offers preventative maintenance for Servers and PCs.
